Asanadance consists of a blending of different yoga styles and dance techniques with music; is it a joyful, aesthetic and therapeutic body movement system developed by Jessica Jacobi.

The Asanadance workshop is a 2-hour session, suitable for anyone who practises Vinyasa Yoga and enjoys movement & dance.  You will learn a simple yet dynamic choreography. These choreographies are usually variations of classic themes. The workshop begins with a general yoga warm-up.  Poses and movements will then be introduced gradually into the choreography, until you become familiar with the whole sequence.  For reasons of alignment and balanced physical exercise, like yoga, the choreography is always  symmetrical – that is, same poses and movements to each side of the body.  The workshop draws to a close with brief stretching, relaxation, and breathing exercises that ends in Savasana.
