Classes available upon request:

General Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga class to focus on the proper alignment of basic yoga poses and vinyasa transitions; including an introduction to inversions and arm balances.

Dynamic Vinyasa
​Strong and dynamic yoga class to experience a creative combination of basic poses, including arm balances and inversions.

Slow Flow
Gentle vinyasa yoga class including SomaChi Yoga and Calligraphy Yoga moves. No chaturangas, arm balances or challenging inversions.

Soft Flow
​Gentle flow yoga class specially designed to be soft on the shoulders and wrists, suitable for people with high blood pressure and pregnant women. This class includes SomaChi Yoga and Calligraphy Yoga moves. No strong movements or inversions such as Downward Facing Dog.

Yoga Basics
Class specifically designed for those new to yoga, you will learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga, so you feel confident to join any regular yoga class. In this session you will be able to ask as many questions as you wish and to receive personalized guidance on how to build up the most suitable yoga practice for your body.

Yoga Inversions
Workshop to learn a sequence of preparation exercises to achieve the basic inverted asanas, and once you have mastered them you can challenge yourself with advanced variations.


Do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to the class commencing.
  • Please, arrive to class 5-10 minutes early, this will give you time to set yourself up and to have a few quiet moments prior to your practice. 
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Please let know the instructor about injuries, health conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, recent surgery, etc. If you are not sure, please discuss your health condition with the instructor before class.
